I was completely shocked by this item. I wanted a picture engraved on it and it turned out absolutely perfect! The charm is very small, but it doesn’t take away from the “wow” factor of it. I was seriously thinking this was too good to be true, but it’s true! I’ve never been so impressed by anything I have ordered. It was done and ready for pickup within HOURS of me placing my order. They were very professional and I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future. I don’t want to post a picture of the engraving because the people on it would be identifiable. I am not being paid to write this review. I am simply just a very satisfied customer. A perfect gift, a perfect treat for yourself, a perfect necklace, a perfect company. Thank you!!
